Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value. Display and market real property to possible buyers. Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices. Required Candidate profile Proven working experience in Real Estate Industry/Automobile Industry/Hospitality & Travel & tourism Proven track of successful sales record. Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills. 2-10 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (Officer Sales/Sales Executive). Strong communication skills for effective client interaction. Excellent presentation skills for showcasing properties to potential buyers/renters. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment. Roles and Responsibilities Provide expert advice on residential and commercial real estate properties to clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry. Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless property transactions. Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and compliance requirements.
