Job Title: Property Manager Location: The Dhan Mill, New Delhi Employment Type: Full-time Working Days and Timings - Monday to Saturday (10am to 7pm) Company Overview The Dhan Mill is a premier lifestyle and design destination in New Delhi, known for its curated experiences, boutique outlets, and vibrant community spaces. We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Property Manager—ideally with a hospitality background—to ensure the smooth, high-standard operation of our property and uphold the excellence of both tenant and customer experiences. Job Description The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and tenant relations of The Dhan Mill. With a foundation in hospitality and guest services, this individual will play a key role in delivering a seamless and upscale on-ground experience that aligns with The Dhan Mill’s curated lifestyle brand. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day property operations including cleanliness, safety, and facility functionality Supervise on-ground teams including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and valet staff Liaise with tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely maintenance and upgrades Maintain hospitality-level service standards throughout the property Coordinate internal events, seasonal activations, and promotional activities with tenants Monitor budgets, expenditures, and enforce lease agreements Manage tenant onboarding, support services, and dispute resolution professionally Conduct regular property inspections to uphold operational and brand standards Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements Key Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High-level organizational and multitasking capabilities Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility Crisis management and conflict resolution skills Proactive, customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in hotel management, guest relations, or premium property operations Proficiency in property management software and tools Experience working in upscale retail or lifestyle destinations is a strong advantage Preferred Background Previous experience with boutique or luxury hotels Familiarity with event operations or community engagement initiatives Understanding of high-end consumer expectations and premium brand standards Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Ability to commute/relocate: Chhattarpur, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Hotel management: 4 years (Required) Work Location: In person
