We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and provide detailed information about our properties and services. This role plays a vital part in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads. Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team. Identify and qualify potential customers by understanding their property needs. Customer Engagement Handle inbound calls from clients interested in our properties. Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and amenities. Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Appointment Scheduling Schedule property viewings with potential buyers or renters. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-ups. Database Management Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information. Track and report call outcomes and lead status. Sales Support Assist the sales team in closing deals by providing necessary information and follow-ups. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Qualifications Education: bachelor s degree is preferred. Experience: Previous experience as a Tele Caller, preferably in the real estate industry. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Good understanding of the real estate market and property trends. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and target-driven. Positive attitude and team player. Strong problem-solving skills. High level of professionalism and integrity. Working Conditions Office-based role with standard working hours.
