Role & responsibilities Provide technical tools such as system power calculator, battery sizing, labor estimates, and Distribute information to other DEC offices to standardize the proposal system Complete Major Contract Approval Forms and assist with ECARs Technical evaluation of wind farm layout, technical drawings, quantities calculation, definition of electrical equipment Coordinate input from various departments, including, but not limited to Skill to set up the orders to assist Project Managers execute the project seamlessly and the opportunity to maximize profit margin Keep Manager - Proposal and Estimating Operations / Commercial Operations Director fully informed of progress of proposal Ensure appropriate approvals are obtained in MySPS for all the bank guarantees (bid bond / advance bond / performance bond, ,) and Parent Company Guarantees (PCGs) prior to provision of any binding commitment to clients Lead design engineer responsible for providing preliminary array layout documents for the origination and development teams supporting commercial, community solar, and utility scale solar bidding opportunities Manage all resources internally or externally as necessary to prepare preliminary designs for internal customers Develop internal tools, templates, and guidelines to accurately and quickly assess new project sites, identify constraints and communicate initial system sizes and site challenges Preferred candidate profile Job Knowledge Should have worked in Proposals of STP/ETP/WTP and basic knowledge of Biological treatment Please add one line Click on the link to submit your resume and become a part of the recruitment drive 2026 https://forms.gle/eirckZ4MLevibQbL7
