Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Proposal Writer located in Srinagar. The Proposal Writer will be responsible for managing and writing proposals, particularly for federal, state, and local contracts. Key day-to-day tasks include handling Requests for Proposals (RFPs), creating high-quality proposal content, ensuring compliance with requirements, and coordinating with technical experts. The role also involves significant communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver compelling and compliant proposals. Qualifications Proposal Management and RFP skills Technical Writing and Proposal Writing skills Excellent Communication skills Strong attention to detail and compliance Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field Experience in federal contracting is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proposal management software Show more Show less
