Job OverviewWe are looking for an HR Executive (Senior Executive) to manage employee onboarding and salary processing efficiently. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have a strong understanding of HR processes, and ensure a smooth experience for new hires.Key Responsibilities:1. 1. Employee Onboarding:Manage end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.Collect and verify required documents, such as ID proofs, academic records, and experience letters.Create and maintain employee records in HRMS.Conduct induction sessions and introduce new hires to company policies and culture.Coordinate with IT and admin teams for asset allocation (laptops, ID cards, etc.).2. 2.
