FACTORY HR Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Factory HR to provide comprehensive human resources support at our Garment Manufacturing facility in Kelambakkam Chennai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the garment manufacturing industry, with a strong background in labour laws, statutory compliance, employee relations, and workforce management. Key Responsibilities Ensure strict adherence to all relevant labour laws and statutory compliance, including ESI, PF, Factories Act, and other regulatory requirements. Collaborate with factory leadership toaddressworkforceplanning, employeeproductivity, and skill development. Maintain employee records, including contract management, documentation, and audit readiness and arrange regular MIS reports and Dashboards to Leadership team. Ensure a safe and compliant working environment by supporting health and safety initiatives. Manage time and attendance systems, ensuring accurate payroll processing in coordination with the finance team. Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and provide resolutions in line with company policies. Maintain a positive and productive work environment. Ability to build trust with employees at all levels of the organization. Minimum Requirements Master degree in HR / Industrial Relations from a recognized University Looking for candidates who are currently based in Chennai. 5 to 10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting with last 3 years in the Garment Manufacturing industry Strong expertise in handling Statutory Compliances, Employee Relations, Contract Labour Management, Handling Disciplinary Issues, Grievance Handling, Industrial Relations. Experience in managing large workforce operations in a factory setting. Demonstrated fluency (including reading, writing and speaking) in Tamil and English. Hands-on in using Microsoft Office Suite apps like Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook etc., Exposure in SA8000, WRAP, GOTS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301 certifications are preferred.
