Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive / IT Sales Manager with 5 to 7 years of experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT products, services, and solutions, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Client Management:Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.Market Research & Strategy:Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.Work closely with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.Revenue & Target Achievement:Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Maintain sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and CRM updates.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.5 to 7 years of experience in IT sales (hardware, software, cloud solutions, or IT services).Strong understanding of IT products and services, including SaaS, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and networking solutions.Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience with CRM tools and sales management software.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
