Job Description

Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning relevant to vocational goals. Identify barriers to employment such as anxiety, low self-esteem, or social skill deficits. Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support vocational success. Provide counseling and psychotherapy to enhance coping skills, motivation, and confidence. Collaborate with special educators, vocational trainers, and other professionals to align psychological support with vocational training. Facilitate group sessions on stress management, communication, and workplace behavior. Offer career guidance and decision-making support based on psychological profiling. Monitor client progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Maintain detailed and confidential case documentation. Educate families and caregivers on psychological aspects influencing vocational rehabilitation. Requirements Proficiency in psychological assessment tools and interpretation. Strong counseling and therapeutic skills across diverse populations. Ability to identify and address vocational barriers from a psychological perspective. Empathy, active listening, and emotional intelligence. Excellent verbal and written communication. Collaborative team working with multi-disciplinary professionals. Crisis intervention and behavior management. Knowledge of disability rights and inclusive vocational practices. Organizational and case management skills.
