We are seeking a full-time or part-time Psychology Teacher to join our team at Karma Center. Roles & Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Design and implement a comprehensive curriculum that covers key psychological concepts, theories, and practices. Instruction: Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate discussions that promote critical thinking and student participation. Assessment: Create and administer assessments, quizzes, and projects to evaluate student understanding and progress. Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their academic and personal needs as appropriate. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment, managing behavior and fostering respect among students. Professional Development: Stay current with developments in psychology and educational practices through continued education and professional workshops. Collaboration: Work with other faculty members to integrate psychology with other subjects and participate in committees. Research Involvement: Encourage students to explore psychological research, theories, and methodologies, and guide them in conducting projects. Qualifications: Education: A bachelors degree in psychology or a related field; a masters degree is often preferred. Experience: Prior teaching experience or experience in a related field (internships, tutoring) is beneficial.
