For more insights of the company, kindly visit our website https://www.axismyindia.org/ Title: Public Policy Researcher – Social Schemes Operations Education And Experience Degree: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Public Policy, Operations, or a related field Experience: 3+ years in managing government social schemes, content operations, or digital service delivery Preferred Certifications: Public Policy, Social Services, Lean Six Sigma, or Process Management Requirements Content Sourcing and Management Identify and source relevant government social schemes from credible sources Conduct primary and secondary research, analyze data, and stay informed about developments which will benefit common citizen. Ensure content accuracy, timely updates, and proper categorization based on user demographics Work closely with data teams to personalize scheme recommendations Scheme Delivery and User Support Develop strategies to communicate government schemes and policy recommendations to ensure relevant schemes reach the right users through AI-powered targeting Monitor user engagement and track adoption of social schemes Handle inquiries related to social schemes received via web, call center, and IVR Call Centre Training and SOP Development Define and implement SOPs for scheme-related inquiries and support Train call center personnel to effectively guide users on scheme eligibility and its benefits Monitor call center performance and refine support processes based on feedback Vendor and Partner Coordination Coordinate with government agencies and NGOs for updated scheme details Ensure call center adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for handling scheme-related queries Work with engineering teams to improve user experience for scheme discovery Data and Compliance Management Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and compliance guidelines Track and analyze user engagement data to improve scheme accessibility Identify gaps and suggest improvements in scheme adoption and delivery Roles And Responsibilities Ensure Accurate and timely sourcing of government social schemes Efficient handling of scheme-related inquiries using set processes across web, IVR, and call center Train call center teams and equip them to manage scheme queries Compliance with data security and content integrity Carry out Scheme content updates, categorization, and delivery tracking User assistance and query resolution related to government schemes Regular audits to ensure content quality and relevance Coordination with vendors and government partners Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package.
