Key Responsibilities: Media Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage for the hospital. Content Creation: Draft press releases, articles, and communications materials that accurately represent the hospitals mission and achievements. Event Coordination: Organize and manage press conferences, media events, and community outreach programs. Crisis Management: Serve as a key contact during public relations crises, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders. Social Media & Digital PR: Oversee and manage the hospitals social media channels and digital communications to enhance online presence. Brand Promotion: Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to promote hospital initiatives and maintain a consistent brand message. Skills & Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Proficiency in media monitoring and social media management. Experience in crisis communication and public affairs. Creative thinker with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
