Role & responsibilities : - Ensure compliance of all products at all stages as per drawing and customer requirements - Verification and record product quality as per standard operating procedure to ensure product comformance - Monitoring of the status of latest design changes implementation with a co-ordination development and production team - to ensure operation of mistake / error proofing at decided stage , daily verification - To provide technical support to plant , resolve the issue - To conduct Product , process verification and validation- Improve internal , external , production and quality performance- Compliance of customer audit , certification audit requirements - Material and instrument verification- New material inspection- Conduct PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspection) & prepare the report for the same- Material verification according to drawing- Line rejection verification- Lay-out inspection as per plan - On line trial observation- Material verification- Non-Confirming Product Analysis- Control on rework , repair product - To implement statistical techniques (MSA, SPC etc).- Responsible for maintaining Quality records of the department- To identify the problem related to Product, Process and Quality System and initiate the corrective action for the same- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non conformities relating to product, process and quality system.Follow EOHS related Norms / Requirement at QA activities Preferred candidate profile :Injection Molding Perks and benefits :EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Canteen etc.

Role & responsibilities - Hierarchical position: - Reporting to Unit Head & MD • Delegated tasks: - To lead the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) transformation as a drive for cultural shift in how the organization continuously improve. - To find out difficulties and others resistance to change and lead individuals and teams through the change process; apply competence in TPM, combined with on the job expertise and stakeholder input to identify, prioritize and manage multiple improvement projects. - To complete all required safety training; ensure all work is conducted in accordance with safety policies and procedures - To Implement and oversee TPM Strategy within the plant - To Implement autonomous maintenance with plant production - Collaborate with stakeholders; keep management team updated on TPM program status. - Function as the primary point of contact for all site TPM inquiries and communications. - Partner with other facilities/managers to benchmark best practices in developing TPM milestones. - Partner with steering teams to identify and remove roadblocks. - Facilitate communications between areas, including the TPM web app administrator - To Work with PM technicians to develop operator checklists - To Audit TPM process - To Develop and monitor TPM milestone metrics - To ensure following EOHS norms / requirements at QA activities. - To motivate / encourage team for improvement in EOHS performance Preferred candidate profile - Working with BAL for TPM excellence If you interested please apply via naukri or email your updated CV - ajit.salunkhe@punepolymers.com or what's up your CV 7030452596.
