We have an immediate requirement for Lead - Purchase and Vendor Development with one of our prestigious client basedout of Maharashtra ****** Minimum 15 yrs. relevant experience in Vendor development for tractors ********* Designation: Lead - Purchase and Vendor Development Exp: 15+ years Job description Role & responsibilities To Identify & develop vendors for supply of tractors parts. Drawing studay , Manufacturing feasibilty. To evaluate Zero Base Cost Cost Estimation, negotiation and finalisation with suppliers. To prepare, review and plan vendor targets To evaluate vendors and provide inputs for improvement . To plan development parts timely and normal production parts ensuring line balance. Communicate and Co- ordinate with vendors for achieving quality and on time delivery. To support processes for implementation of TPM /ERP. Ensure and Control SAP transactions & generate daily MIS. Ensure material transactions and movement of raw material to vendors and return of correct quantity of boring through SAP system. Knowledge of Taxation and Excise procedures Manage Team size of 4-5 Memebers Responsible for implementing Corrective & Preventive actions Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of PPAP,APQP formalities and documentation.
