Create Purchase Order as per Requirements in Busy Software. Develop New Potential vendors as per requirement. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing Track orders and ensure timely delivery Review quality of purchased products Check & Verify Inwards Items as per Purchase order details (e.g. quantities, prices) and Handover to Store Department. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices Prepare Purchase reports, including cost analyses on weekly & Monthly Basis. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed Coordinate with PPC staff to ensure proper shortage& Requirement.
