Job Title: Purchase In-charge CTC: 10- 15 K per month (Freshers) 15 -20 K per month (2-3 Years experience) Passed Out: 2022, 2023 Employment: Full Time Employment Location: Chennai Departments: Graduate. Job Description: Check customer purchase order and book in order acknowledgement. Refer price list or suppliers for price and book material in order acknowledgement. Check the stock status and raise purchase order accordingly. Book the purchase order in Etops (software) and ensure SO is received. Follow and ensure SO is received for all POs. For FG materials preparing BOM and raising PO. Identifying alternate suppliers and negotiation with suppliers for best price. Monthly checking the fast-moving items and maintaining stock. Run MRP (Material Planning) in software-ERP and plan stock accordingly. Raise advance proforma invoice for customer and follow it.
