Number of Position: 1 Location : Kandivali Mumbai CTC Range : 3 5 LPA Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering Experience: 4-6 years of Experience in procurement purchasing , or a related field , preferably in a manufacturing industry Duties and Responsibilities : Assist in preparing purchase orders, maintaining records, and communicating with suppliers to track orders and ensure timely deliveries Monitor inventory levels, collaborate with finance on invoices, and resolve any discrepancies with product quality or deliveries Research and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards Support negotiations with suppliers and assist in ensuring smooth procurement processes under the guidance of the Purchasing Manager Skills A bilities : Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor management systems, with strong analytical and negotiation skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with procurement software or SAP/ERP systems Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities, multitask, and meet deadlines while maintaining positive relationships with teams and suppliers Strong communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with both internal teams and external vendors Know More
