Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Purchase Executive with 4 to 6 years of proven expertise in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of raw materials, packaging, and other essentials in a cost-effective and timely manner, while maintaining the quality standards and supply timelines. Key Responsibilities: Source and procure materials from reliable vendors. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms. Maintain and update supplier database and purchase records. Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with internal departments to forecast and plan procurement needs. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Candidate: Male candidates with relevant FMCG experience.
