Purchase Purchase Executive Roles and Responsibilities • Assisting and coordinating with the Purchase and Inventory team Making Calculations and quotations sheets. Making other relevant Excel formats of the department. Conducting sourcing research Making RG entries and shipment plans Pending charts for vendors Vendor follow-ups Checking bills and invoices QC-related points to mail and talk to vendors Scheduling events, and organizing meetings and appointments, Supporting Purchase staff in handling and documenting customer accounts Documentation and reporting to the Purchase department Preparing reports on competitor product analysis Correcting the discrepancies in the customer account balances Ensuring that everything is working in a perfect manner Should know advanced Excel and net savvy with drafting emails internally and externally Education Commerce Experience - 2-3 years
