Job Role : Buying Manager (Apparels) Location : Bengaluru Qualification : Bachelor s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration or Engineering. As Buying Manager at Meragi, youll be a key part of our new apparel team, ensuring we have the right products at the right time. Youll plan what we buy, source and onboard new vendors, negotiate with suppliers, and manage our stock to meet customer needs and make shopping great for everyone. Responsibilities: - Identify and source new products that align with the brand s vision and market trends. Evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals Monitor sales performance and adjust buying strategies accordingly. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers. Ensure suppliers adhere to quality standards and delivery timelines. Resolve any issues related to product quality, delivery, and pricing. Plan and manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products. Implement effective inventory control measures to minimise costs and maximise efficiency.
