We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Purchase Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to represent the company at international exhibitions and trade shows. This role involves sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing products from global markets, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Source and manage suppliers from international markets. Identify and evaluate vendors globally, ensuring quality and competitive pricing. Travel internationally to attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and supplier meetings. Negotiate purchase terms and conditions with global suppliers. Collaborate with internal teams (design, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth procurement operations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, product developments, and supply chain risks. Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and documentation. Build strong and professional relationships with suppliers and business partners. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in international purchasing or sourcing. Willingness and ability to travel abroad frequently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality. Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software. Preferred Attributes: Prior experience in attending or representing a company at global exhibitions. Understanding of import/export regulations and compliance.
