Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, and supplier management. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring they meet quality standards and compliance requirements. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors to secure favorable pricing and agreements. Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain strong supplier relationships. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., finance, operations, production) to forecast procurement needs and align with business objectives. Analyze market trends, pricing, and industry developments to identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines. Manage procurement budgets and control costs effectively. Lead, mentor, and manage the procurement team to achieve department goals. Preferred candidate profile Immediate Joiner required.
