Job Description

Role & responsibilities Arranging the material RM, BOP and other general items as per company requirement. Arrange the material within the time limit and follow company Purchase Policy Monitor the material shortage report on daily basis and take action accordingly Adhere material purchase cost reduction targets time to time. Follow the guidelines of material threshold quantity and customer requirement, and arrange the material accordingly. Monitor the material prices on daily basis and give feedback about the same to the management. Coordination with Stores and PPC function for effective monitoring and shortage of material Generation of Purchase MIS as required by the management. Schedule and coordinate Vendor/Supplier Audits to the adherence of compliance. Arrange new vendors as per company requirement and also ensure compliances of new vendors for management approval. Ensure no customer line stoppage due to material shortage. Implementation of 5'S, kaizen and other improvement activities Effective implementation of ISO/TS, EMS & OHSAS Any other responsibilities assigned by the management time to time Preferred candidate profile Industry Preferred: Plastic Injection Molding/Plastic Injection Moulding
