IB PYP Homeroom Teacher – Job Description Position: IB PYP Homeroom Teacher Location: The HillRidge International school, Rasipuram. Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons following the IB PYP framework. Foster conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills. Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment. Support students' social, emotional, and academic development. Use formative and summative assessments to track progress. Maintain student records and report progress to parents. Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and specialists. Engage in professional development and IB training. Promote IB learner profile attributes and Approaches to Learning (ATL) skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or relevant field. Prior IB PYP teaching experience preferred. Freshers can also apply. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Passion for inquiry-based, student-led learning.
