Job Title: Python Test Automation Engineer Location: Hyderabad, India Experience: 4+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer with expertise in PyWin, WinAppDriver, Tosca, and TestComplete to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation for Windows applications, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient test solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using PyWin, WinAppDriver, Tosca, and TestComplete . Automate GUI testing for Windows-based applications and ensure test coverage across different platforms. Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test strategies. Perform test planning, scripting, execution, and defect tracking using industry-standard tools. Ensure automation frameworks are scalable, reusable, and maintainable. Analyze test results, identify issues, and provide detailed reports to the development team. Stay updated with the latest automation trends and best practices in test engineering. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in test automation for Windows-based applications. Hands-on expertise in PyWin (Python for Windows Extensions), WinAppDriver, Tosca, and TestComplete . Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, VBScript, etc.). Experience in functional, regression, UI, and API testing . Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, etc.) . Proficiency in test case design, test execution, and defect management . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience with REST API testing and automation . Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. Knowledge of SQL databases and data validation testing . Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments .
