Job Description

Key Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous growth in both frontend and backend technologies. Ensure project deadlines and client requirements are consistently met by providing strong technical direction and support. Architecture & Design Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect comprehensive end-to-end project solutions, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and performance. Design and implement highly efficient, reliable, and scalable database systems using PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Leverage expertise in AWS services (such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, and others) to build robust cloud-based application solutions and manage infrastructure effectively. Design and implement serverless applications utilizing AWS Lambda and other serverless components for cost-efficient and scalable solutions. Development & Implementation Oversight Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality code standards. Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client communications, expertly translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Work closely with other developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure that the technical vision and strategy are well-executed. Continuous Improvement Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, proactively applying them to improve team efficiency and product quality. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience : Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing and guiding a team of developers. Backend Development : Strong Python expertise with hands-on experience in frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar. Frontend Development : Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Cloud Infrastructure : Proficient in using a wide range of AWS services, including but not limited to Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, and API Gateway, to build and manage cloud-based solutions. Database Management : Strong experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including the ability to design scalable and efficient database architectures. Serverless Architecture : Proven experience with designing and implementing serverless applications using AWS Lambda and other serverless components. Communication : Fluent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
