Position: Python Developer Location: Baner, Pune (On site 5 days/Week) Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient Python-based web applications and backend solutions.Write clean, reusable, and testable code that adheres to industry best practices.Collaborate cross-functionally with development, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.Design and manage relational and non-relational databases.Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to continuous team learning and improvement.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and development practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python web frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.Solid understanding of data manipulation libraries like NumPy and Pandas, and basic data visualization using Matplotlib.Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and experience with microservices architecture.Strong experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.Proficient in version control systems (Git) and familiar with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization using Docker.Front-end development knowledge with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective verbal and written communication.Self-motivated, quick learner, and a team-oriented mindset.
