Job Title: Senior Manager - Python Developer Walk-in Location: Bangalore Work Location: Pune (Work from Office, Full-Time) Department: Global Intelligent Automation Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our Global Intelligent Automation team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based solutions to optimize and automate key business functions. You will be responsible for building scalable APIs, integrating cloud technologies, and leveraging AI-driven automation to enhance operational efficiency. This position requires 8+ years of Python development experience , strong expertise in cloud computing (AWS) , and proficiency in building automation tools . The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Python Development & Automation: Develop Python-based automation solutions for data collection, transformation, and storage. Implement Python console applications using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. Create Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions leveraging AI models. Build AI-driven chatbots, agents, and automation tools to interpret data and generate insights. API Development & Cloud Integration: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Python and host them in AWS Lambda . Integrate APIs with third-party platforms and internal business applications. Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and version control. Data Management & Processing: Connect and interact with AWS data stores (e.g., S3, RDS) using Python (boto3) . Develop Python-based solutions for reading/writing Excel files using OpenPyxl & Pandas . Ensure data integrity and quality across applications and services. Collaboration & Best Practices: Work with non-technical stakeholders to communicate realistic timelines and deliverables. Stay updated with industry trends, Python advancements, and cloud innovations . Follow Agile development methodologies , participating in sprint planning and code reviews. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: Python Development: 8+ years of experience with strong expertise in OOP, debugging, and optimization . Cloud Computing (AWS): 5+ years of experience with AWS, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, and IAM . API Development: Experience in building and deploying RESTful services into the cloud. Database Management: Strong proficiency in SQL (Snowflake, SQL Server) with 5+ years of experience . Unit Testing Frameworks: Proficient in pytest, unittest for automated testing. Automation & AI: Knowledge of AWS Textract, AI-driven automation, and RPA tools . Version Control: Experience using Git, GitHub, and Agile methodologies (JIRA, Asana) . Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills . Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively . Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and best practices . Educational Background: Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields . AWS Certification (Preferred, but not mandatory).
