Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop scalable and secure backend solutions using Python. Lead the design and architecture of new features and modules. Conduct thorough unit and integration testing using testing frameworks like PyTest or Unittest. Monitor application performance and implement optimizations as needed. Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies. Maintain technical documentation for future reference and onboarding. Conduct technical feasibility studies and provide effort estimates for proposed solutions. Ensure codebase follows best practices, design patterns, and industry standards. Perform database schema design, migration, and optimization tasks. Assist in automating manual processes using Python scripting. Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing systems and recommend technical solutions. Work with DevOps engineers to manage infrastructure and deployment environments. Ensure application security best practices are followed, including input validation and secure authentication. Mentor and guide junior developers and conduct training sessions when required. Keep up with the latest developments in Python, backend technologies, and best practices.
