The ideal candidate will have a strong backend development background and experience working with modern databases and CI/CD tools. This is a fast-paced role requiring immediate availability and a passion for problem-solving and scalable architecture. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain backend services using Python and ExpressJS. Design and optimize graph-based data models using Neo4j , Cypher queries, and APOC procedures. Work with relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL and Cassandra . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Implement CI/CD workflows using Git and Jenkins . Ensure code quality, security, and performance in a production environment. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years of development experience. Strong proficiency in Python and ExpressJS . Deep understanding of Neo4j , including Cypher and APOC . Working knowledge of PostgreSQL , Cassandra , Git , and Jenkins . Familiarity with Java and Spring Framework is a plus. Good analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Immediate to 15 days availability is mandatory.
