Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Python programming with 3+ years of experience in custom development projects. Knowledge of web development frameworks like Django or Flask for extended functionality. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software development best practices. Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Dash, Plotly) for building interactive UIs. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Experience in integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON/XML data formats. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Nice to have experience with Python UI frameworks such as PyQt, Tkinter, or Kivy. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Key Responsibilities: Custom Development : Design, develop, and implement custom software solutions using Python. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices. Debug, optimize, and enhance existing Python applications to meet evolving requirements. UI Development : Develop user-friendly interfaces using Python UI frameworks like PyQt, Tkinter, or Kivy. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and user stories into functional, responsive UIs. Ensure seamless integration of front-end elements with the backend logic. Integration and Testing : Integrate third-party libraries, APIs, and services as required. Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure quality, functionality, and performance. Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software. Provide technical support and documentation for implemented solutions.
