About Position: A RPA UiPath developer designs, develops, and tests automation workflows using the UiPath platform. They collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and design future-state RPA solutions Role: Python+ RPA UI Path Developer Location: Bangalore Experience: 5-10 years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Familiarity with Gen AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, or Co-pilot) and practical experience in deploying automations enabled by Gen AI. Knowledge and experience with Basecamps Shape Up model is advantageous. RPA/Automation training or certification in an Analyst role. Proven ability to develop clear and intuitive from-\>to process maps. Previous experience using Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, and G Suite for documenting requirements and managing work. Demonstrates an end-to-end mindset and a systemic approach to problem-solving across teams 5-10 years of experience in identifying automation opportunities and documenting software automation requirements using tools such as Python, UI Path RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Palantir, Workado, Selenium, or other automation frameworks. Expertise You'll Bring: Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with leaders, front-line employees, and cross-functional groups. Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience; Masters degree is preferred. 5-10 years of experience applying Business Process Re-engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Lean methodologies to optimize resource utilization and reduce waste. Familiarity with Gen AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, or Co-pilot) and practical experience in deploying automations enabled by Gen AI.
