Description We are seeking a skilled Python Trainer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming and experience in delivering training to diverse groups. Your role will involve creating engaging training content and helping learners develop their Python skills. Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging Python training modules for students and professionals. Assess and evaluate the skill levels of trainees and provide constructive feedback. Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments. Stay up-to-date with the latest Python developments and incorporate them into training sessions. Facilitate hands-on coding sessions and workshops to enhance practical skills. Assist in the design of curriculum and training programs tailored to the needs of learners. Skills and Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in Python programming and teaching/training. Strong understanding of Python libraries and frameworks such as Django, Flask, Pandas, and NumPy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner. Experience with teaching methodologies and curriculum development. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative coding practices. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
