Role reports to: IT Manager, Marketing Operations Technology Location: Manayata, Bangalore What you will do The QA Analyst is responsible for analyzing, validating, implementing, and integrating complex applications. You will troubleshoot high-level applications, oversee releases and deployments, and provide advanced technical support for information management applications: Key Responsibilities Design and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures for software testing Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement complex computer applications Troubleshoot and improve application performance by editing and finalizing concept design specifications Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency Lead research and recommend advanced application upgrades and enhancements to meet end-user needs Provide advanced technical support for information management applications including data networking, database design, and software development Organize all aspects of application development from analysis through implementation Support current systems and design and implement complex features as requested Develop computer logic flowcharts for analysis and integration What we are looking for Required Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business management or a related field Proven working experience in analyzing, designing, documenting, and implementing complex applications Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes Experience with automated testing tools Ability to troubleshoot high-level applications and provide advanced technical support Experience in Agile methodology or other project management frameworks Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools Desired Qualifications Familiarity with BI reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
