Job Description

1. Daily safety talk and L1 meeting. 2. Timely inspection of FG goods of dispatch as per packing list 3. To Clear OBD of FG lots from SAP after physical dispatch inspection 4. Communicate any deviation found to production / reporting manager 5. Support to 3rd party inspection wherever required. 6. Capturing photographs through-out, the loading activity 7. Arrangement of sample as per sample sales order requirement 8. Preparation of daily dispatch report. 9. Preparation and issue of COA of all dispatches. 10. Upload COA of domestic dispatches. 11. Maintaining 5S, upload Kaizen as per Unit target and update on monthly basis. 12. Timely inspection of FG lots offered by plant. 13. To Clear FG lots from SAP after physical inspection 14. Communicate any deviation found to production / reporting manager 15. Clear domestic printing details on shipper label and product label. 16. Online packing line inspection and submit report 17. Address the failures and ensure the sustenance of CAPA action points 18. Doing Remote Inspection for 3rd party. 19. Providing COA to CSR when required for domestic Products.
