Job Description

We re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Automation QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and test suites to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You ll work closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members in a fast-paced Agile environment to identify test scenarios and drive continuous improvement in testing practices. What you will do Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, API, desktop, reporting, and ETL applications. Write, execute, and maintain automated test cases using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand feature requirements and ensure adequate test coverage. Perform regression testing and troubleshoot issues from production or test environments. Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work with the development team to resolve issues. Maintain and improve test environments and data for reliable automated testing. Document test strategies, plans, and procedures clearly and consistently What we would like from you Strong experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar. Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python and JavaScript. Strong database programming skills and writing T-SQL queries. Experience with REST API testing tools like Insomnia and Postman. Understanding of test-driven development (TDD), behavior-driven development (BDD), and Agile methodologies. Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and other CI/CD tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail. What we would like from you Bachelor s (or above) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in automation testing.
