Description We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Lead with expertise in Webdriver IO to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and will lead our efforts in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web applications. Responsibilities Lead the QA automation team to develop and implement automation testing frameworks using Webdriver IO. Design and execute automated test scripts for web applications. Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand the requirements and create test cases. Monitor and report on test execution results, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Mentor and guide junior QA team members in automation practices and tools. Ensure quality standards are met throughout the software development life cycle. Skills and Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in QA automation with a focus on Webdriver IO. Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with Mocha, Chai, or similar testing frameworks. Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web application architecture. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab CI. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
