Exotel is the emerging market s leading full-stack customer engagement platform and business-focused virtual telecom operator. Incorporated in 2011, Exotel s cloud-based product suite powers 50 million daily engagements across voice, video and messaging channels. Exotel powers unified customer engagement to over 6000 companies in 60+ countries, including India, SE Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Today, some of the fastest-growing companies in the emerging markets (Ola, Swiggy, Flipkart, GoJek, Byju s, Urban Company, HDFC Bank, Zomato, Oyo, etc.) manage their customer engagement with Exotel s suite of communication APIs, Ameyo s omnichannel contact centre (merger), and Cogno AI s conversational AI platform (acquisition) over the cloud. They re a $100 million Series D funded company with $60 million in ARR. Key Requirements: Ability to code in at least one programming language for test automation - python is preferred Experience or familiarity with QA automation frameworks such as Selenium, Robot Framework, PyTest etc. Basic understanding of databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc., along with knowledge of backups/restores and basic SQL Good grasp of test grouping, test suite creation, regression testing, sanity testing, etc. Basic system knowledge to manage test environments - including simple Linux commands Knowledge of shell scripting and Docker is an advantage Experience testing APIs manually using tools like Postman or any other tool Experience in automated API testing using frameworks such as RestAssured(Java) or Requests + PyTest in python. Knowledge of load testing using Jmeter and Locust(Python) is an advantage. Experience in Test Management tools like Test Link, Test Rail etc. Experience to test a distributed system Ability to work independently and interface collaboratively with development teams required 2-5 Years of Experience is required.
