Job Title: QA Analyst Department: Quality Assurance Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled QA Analyst with 9 years of experience in manual and automation testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise across the full system development lifecycle , including test planning, execution, bug tracking, and automation testing using Playwright . The role requires strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: Test Planning & Execution: Analyze and understand Business Requirement Documents (BRD) . Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases across multiple products. Identify, track, and manage defects , collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. Automation Testing: Implement and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright with JavaScript . Execute automated test scripts for regression and sanity testing using CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps . Perform API automation testing for integration validation. Manual Testing: Conduct comprehensive manual testing across functional , regression , live , post-live , and disaster recovery (DR) phases. Perform cross-browser and multi-device testing on platforms including Safari, Firefox, Chrome, IE , and mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android tablets). Agile & Collaboration: Participate in Agile Scrum processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups. Collaborate with Product Owners , Developers , and Release Teams to align on priorities and ensure timely delivery. Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain test suites in Testmo for test cases and repositories. Prepare detailed test reports and test summaries to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Document product knowledge for internal use and future reference. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 9 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing . Testing Tools: Expertise in Playwright for automation and Testmo for test management. Automation Expertise: Strong experience in creating automation scripts , API automation , and managing CI/CD pipelines . Manual Testing: Proficient in functional testing , regression testing , and cross-platform validation. Agile Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile Scrum practices and working in sprint-based environments. Technical Skills: Programming: JavaScript Tools: Azure DevOps , Testmo , Playwright Systems: Windows , macOS , iOS , Android Browsers: Chrome , Safari , Firefox , IE Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Open Banking APIs and integrations. Familiarity with credit bureau systems and financial product testing. Working knowledge of AccountScore or similar open banking providers.
