Designation- Area Quality Executive Location South Banglore Freshers can apply only from Bsc Agri and Horticulture Contact HR Karthick- 9995831380 The Area QC will be responsible for conducting daily visits to assigned stores to ensure adherence to quality processes and product standards. The role involves coordinating closely with store teams, providing on-ground training to G2 associates, and ensuring FIFO (First In First Out) implementation and QC practices at store level. The incumbent will also play a key role in capturing feedback and collaborating with the Distribution Center (DC) team for timely corrective actions. Key Responsibilities:  Conduct daily store visits as per the assigned route plan.  Ensure FIFO implementation and adherence & Perform QC processes during every store visit.  Carry out product quality checks and validate process adherence at store level.  Provide on-ground training and refreshers to all G2 associates on quality standards and operational processes.  Capture and share real-time feedback with the DC team to initiate corrective and preventive actions.  Identify gaps and highlight product or process deviations during visits.  Maintain daily visit reports, product feedback, and store audits.  Collaborate with store managers and city operations teams to resolve product issues promptly.  Monitor and ensure implementation of SOPs at the store level. Must-Have Qualifications:  Graduation in any discipline. BCA preferred.  Good knowledge of data analysis and reporting.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.  Working knowledge of basic Excel formulas like: VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Data filtering, sheet management
