Conduct routine quality checks at all production stages to ensure food safety and consistency. Monitor hygiene practices, GMP compliance, and process parameters as per FSSAI and internal standards. Perform sampling, lab testing, and shelf-life evaluations of raw materials and finished products. Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation and assist in internal and external audits. Collaborate with production teams to identify issues and implement quality improvements. Should possess knowledge of bakery products, bread industry and food processing.
