QA Specialist!

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and adopt AI tools to streamline QA processes across web and eCommerce platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.). Design and execute automated and manual test cases to ensure product quality. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other QA engineers to identify and resolve bugs and inconsistencies. Use AI-based testing tools (like Testim, Appitools, Percy, or similar) to enhance automation coverage. Analyze test results, document defects, and suggest improvements in processes. Stay updated on the latest AI trends in QA and recommend new tools or methods for adoption. Create and maintain detailed documentation related to QA processes, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar) is a must. Exposure to AI-based QA platforms or tools. Strong understanding of website QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience with tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and how they can be integrated into software testing. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and QA's role within them. Experience working in agile/scrum environments.  Show more Show less
