QA Testing Specialist

Job Description

Role & responsibilities :- We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Testing Specialist to join our web development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manual and automated testing of all web modules, ensuring the site delivers a seamless user experience across browsers, devices, and geographies (UK, UAE, SEA). Key Responsibilities: Perform functional, UI/UX, cross-browser, and responsive testing across desktop, mobile, and tablets. Create detailed test plans, test cases, and bug reports using tools like Jira/Trello. Conduct end-to-end regression testing during product releases. Test integration of forms, calculators, CRM APIs, tools, and search filters. Validate SEO-critical elements (schema, meta tags, crawlability, Core Web Vitals). Track and report Core Web Vitals like LCP, CLS, and FID. Test website speed, mobile responsiveness, Lighthouse scores, and user journeys. Work closely with developers and designers to identify, isolate, and fix bugs. Verify GA4, GSC, GTM, and event tracking implementations. Test custom CMS modules and third-party integrations (Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.). Must-Have Skills: Strong knowledge of manual testing and functional testing principles . Familiarity with Search Console , Page Speed Insights , Lighthouse , and Browser Stack . Ability to test across multiple environments, including staging, UAT, and production. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JS (for debugging front-end issues). Awareness of SEO and CRO principles as they relate to website quality. Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills. Good-to-Have: Experience testing real estate websites , e-commerce portals, or lead-generation sites. Knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar). Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Slack, or Basecamp. Exposure to international websites and GDPR/UX compliance. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certification in QA/Testing (ISTQB or similar) is a plus.
