Position : Salesforce Developers CPQ Specialists Experience level : 3 to 6 years Contract Duration : Minimum 6 months (with potential extension based on project needs) Work Mode : Hybrid - Pune-based (office visits as per client requirement) Open Positions : 7 Start Date : Immediate Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements Implement complex product configurations, pricing models, and approval processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BAs, Architects, QA) to define and implement end-to-end CPQ solutions Perform unit testing, bug fixing, and deployment of code in sandbox and production environments Troubleshoot CPQ-related issues and provide ongoing support Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and release management processes Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical documentation Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed Stay current on Salesforce CPQ updates, roadmap, and ecosystem changes Technical Skills & Requirements 3 - 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with strong focus on Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce configuration Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ modules such as Product Rules, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, and Quote Templates Understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and data model Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines is a plus Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment (ref:hirist.tech) Show more Show less
