QC - Engineer (Finishing)

Job Description

1. Quality inspection of Commercial and residential buildings 2. Enquire quality process that is being followed 3. Assist the Project/Construction Managers in reviewing the contractors specific quality plans and produce recommendations 4. Conduct regular inspections and audits of ongoing work to ensure compliance with project specifications, relevant standards, and best practices. 5. Coordinate with the contractors representative and Site Engineer in charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report. 6. Material testing and Verification of testing of regular construction material, Mix design, Mix Design Concrete Mix Trial 7. Control over production & produced concrete 8. Checking all finishing works and checking workmanship
