MPL came a long way since establishing the 1st re-rolling mill in the state of Andhra Pradesh in 1959. Job Title: Quality Manager/Engineer Location: Indian Reports to: Director Job Overview: 1. Develop and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards. 2. Oversee quality control and testing of raw materials and finished steel products. 3. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards. 4. Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues and improve processes. 5. Lead and train the quality control team to ensure consistent performance and knowledge. 6. Analyze test results and ensure products meet both internal and external specifications. 7. Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards and regulatory requirements. 8. Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality concerns. 9. Prepare quality reports, documentation, and audits for senior management and regulatory bodies. 10. Act as the main liaison for customer quality concerns and resolve any product-related issues.
