. Quality Management System Implementation Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949). Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and organizational quality standards. Conduct regular internal audits to ensure QMS effectiveness. 2. Documentation and Record Management To Assist Prepare and manage quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and other related documents. Ensure all records and documents are controlled and maintained as per the QMS. Assist in the creation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 3. Compliance and Audits Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits (e.g., ISO audits, customer audits). Maintain audit reports and follow up on non-conformities until closure. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 4. Training and Support Conduct training sessions for employees on QMS processes and quality standards. Provide technical support to departments to ensure adherence to quality procedures. Promote a quality culture across the organization. 5. Supplier and Customer Management Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met. Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues.
