Role & Responsibilities:Tailoring the CRM system to align with organizational requirements, including workflows, dashboards, and reports. Ensuring seamless integration of the CRM system with other platforms like ERP systems, marketing tools, Sales CRM or Service CRM or customer service platforms. Transferring data from legacy systems to the CRM system while maintaining data integrity. Developing custom solutions using tools like ASP.NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server. Conducting thorough testing to ensure the system functions as intended. Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing updates.Handling escalated technical issues and debugging complex problems.Identifying areas for system improvement or process automation. Staying updated on new releases and implementing them to leverage the latest features.Ensuring the CRM system is secure, efficient, and aligned with business goalSkills Required:MS Dynamic CRM, .NET (C#) , PowerApps, Power Automate, JavaScript, Plugin, WorkflowMicrosoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Service, Field OR Custom Service).
