You will focus on improving our material availability while build strong stakeholder relationships and supporting our growth plans and future vision realization.What will you do ?Make the purchase and replenishment plan for chemical raw material, Packaging and Pallets for India and create purchase orders.Chemical raw material demand generation based on inputsShipment Tracking, Co-ordinate with finance for Duty etc, Co-ordinate with Clearing Agents & Customs.Enter internal transfer order as required; inform Customer Service to make the orderOn time production responsibility. Communicate closely with cross functional dept. (warehouse production planner and procurement about the arrival time of storage tank materials).Leftover projection of each Raw Material and product / Raw Material and purchased product transition planSlow moving raw material alertsCoordinating with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and material protectionTimely warning of raw material supply risks and follow the progress for the replace raw materialComplete other tasks assigned by the leader.What are we looking for?Education: Bachelor Degree is a must.Experience: Solid experience in material planning in an MRP logic environment. As the Commercial Operations Specialist, you will focus on ensuring high quality customer documentation, master data, offers and pricing data in our systems in order to facilitate a smooth order entry and invoicing process that is adhered to corporate guidelines. Working closely with Sales and Customer Service, you will play a key role in the team effort to continue to exceed customer expectations.What will you do? Cooperate and collaborate daily with internal departments and affiliates. Your key stakeholders are Customer Service and Sales.Prepare all kind of documents for customers or sales team by gathering the required information from the involved associates from different departments.Ensure up to date and high-quality customer, resource and/or pricing data in systems and tools.Manage Prices in systems and tools: ensure correct, on time, offers, up to date prices, uploading of prices in ERP, close collaboration with the pricing team, send regularly or on request price expiration lists to Sales managementPerform Mass replacementsMaintain up to date work and customer instructions, policies & procedures.Register all type of commercial Contracts in tools and systems. Ensure compliance to the execution of these contracts.Monitor and archive the correct Delegation of Authority.Ensure AUDIT compliance (SOX, Finance, BSI).Support audits (internal and external) according to the latest Customer Service Group Matrix.Act as back up to colleague in the department and participate in process improvement projects.Measure your success with a set of KPIs related to response time and quality of work.What are we looking for? Solid experience in an equivalent position in a multinational environment where demonstrating excellence in customer service levels is key for success.Soft skills: Analytical skills, detail oriented, good communication skills, customer focused.Languages: Must be fluent in and English. Hindi skills highly valued.
