Job Description

Role: Quality Analyst salary:18,000 - 25,000 Experience: 1-3 year Language: Telugu/ Malayalam/ Tamil Work Timings: 9:30 am 6:30 pm Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate calls, emails, or chat interactions with customers for quality and compliance. Provide detailed feedback to agents based on evaluation results. Identify trends and areas for improvement in customer service processes. Conduct regular audits of interactions to ensure adherence to company standards and guidelines. Prepare reports on performance and quality metrics. Work closely with team leaders and managers to implement quality improvement initiatives. Assist with training new team members on quality standards and best practices. Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting agents in improving service delivery.
